Serclet Florida brings the SERCLET Music Education Method to Florida, providing innovative, hands-on educational experiences for children, families, teachers and schools. Serclet Florida is the first and only official SERCLET partner/ambassador in the United States.

New to Florida, not new to families
A different kind of first music class
Serclet began in Menorca, Spain, when one educator–Maria Ángels Florit—noticed something simple: children don't learn to talk by studying grammar first. They listen, they try, they repeat, and understanding comes later. She wondered why music should be any different — so she built a method around it. Families in Spain found it, then families in Canada did too.
Now we're bringing that same warmth to Florida, starting with our first location in Port St Lucie. Same handmade materials, same patient pace, same belief that a child's ear and hands can be trusted. We'd love to welcome your family in.

My kids started at Serclet Florida last week and after just 2 classes they're both obsessed. We've done music classes for toddlers for years and loved them but felt ready to introduce our kids to a slightly more serious musical education and Serclet Florida has been the perfect choice. They spend the entire hour playing but also learning the music notes, how to tell the difference between certain notes, etc. My four year old usually takes a while to get comfortable around new people but he warmed up to Mrs. Anabel inmediately and asks every single day when our next class is. Definitely worth checking out!

Anabel Gutierrez Orraca
Founder, Teacher
Born in Havana, Cuba, Anabel brings both a musician's depth and a founder's drive to Serclet Florida — a harpist and researcher with a Doctorate in Music, she's spent her career expanding access to music education, including founding a nonprofit that brings harp education and Latin American repertoire to communities across the region, the Asociación Latinoamericana del Arpa. That same passion for making music genuinely accessible is what drew her to the Serclet Method, and what she's brought home to Florida. As a professional harpist, Anabel performs regularly with several orchestras across South Florida.
